IF I could have given them a negative 100 I would have. Horrible, dishonest, deceitful. Run run away!!!! Keith Offer is also known as Wealth Management, Offel Financial and his newest name is Stonehaven Financial. Doesn't the fact that he's had all these different names bother you . . .
