I am leaving this review based on my documented experience with Reem Rajeh, Vice President and Branch Manager at Salem Five’s Stoneham branch. In November 2025, Salem Five placed a restriction on my business debit card because of a $189 transaction they claimed they were trying to verify. I do not recall receiving a call, email, letter, or any other communication about the restriction. We went in for some notary service. A first visit. Very helpful and professional people and helped us promptly and with a smile. The location is also great with convenient free parking.
