This branch has excellent customer service and the tellers know exactly what I need! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sarah, Reem and Dee are the very best!!!
I had the worst experience with Salem Five Bank in trying to get a mortgage loan. Lender officer was hard to deal, he was deceitful and was trying to add as much fees for the service of loan. I would never do service with this bank and their lender agent Vincent Gregory. Stay clear and find another lender!
