My dealings with Stonegate and particularily with Berkan were excellent. I was dealing with a tenant that would not voluntarily leave so that I could sell my property and Berkan offered excellent options and advice all the way through the process. When it came time to negotiate, his experience kicked in and got results. I would highly reccomend Stonegate to any Landlord in a similar situation dealing with the rediculously slanted laws prohibiting Landlords from simply freely selling their own property.
