My 94 year-old mother moved into Anthology of Troy six weeks ago. Mom was in an independent living apartment prior, and had been increasingly struggling with day-to-day tasks and required a lot of “on site” support to keep her safe and healthy. My mother has been a resident at Anthology of Troy for the last four years. The staff does an outstanding job caring for our family members. The leadership is very professional in handling difficult situations (Covid, flu and a building flood when a pipe burst) always putting their residence first in their decision making. I have personally taken the time to get to know many of the staff members and can tell you that quality care and kindness is at the top of their list of priorities. I am very happy and excited to write a review for this amazing senior community. The staff is uniformly beyond excellent, from the executive director Darlene Vernier who obviously has exceptional management skills to the caregivers who are a tremendous help on an ongoing basis. Kaitlyn Gilchrist, admission director, is a master of excellent customer service and communication. She is always available to both staff and residents. I am so appreciative of the Anthology of Troy community for the services it provides to seniors.
