I tried to stop in to buy something Immediately got turned away. Horrible Buisness practice and model. Too big to have someone greet you and help you. It’s exactly what I need but they cant help you buy it or get it. Might as-well close up shop. Rude rude rude!
This company makes great fountains and even replaced the initial fountain that I bought from a dealer in my area because it started to chip away at the base. However, that being said, I cannot recommend that you buy any products directly from Stonecasters. I had to get a small replacement lightbulb for my fountain and from the time that I ordered it to the time where I’m actually gonna get it, which I haven’t yet, it is almost 3 weeks. Any good posts are fake. The truth is is the product is mediocre and the customer service is horrible.
