The new owners & Lifespark management have completely destroyed what was a tight knit and caring senior community. My mother lived here for 3 years and loved her friends and the staff there when it was Stone Bay. The former staff have either quit or been let go and residents that that are able to are moving out due to the completely out of line new cost of rent. This place has TERRIBLE new management! They raised rent prices by 43%, and they do not care about their staff or residents. If you care for your loved ones, do NOT let them live here
One of the worst nursing homes I've ever seen, I used to cook here and I watched some of the absolute worst cooking and care practice I've ever witnessed in my life. DM me or email me if you want details and proof. It seems as though they have deleted my comment from about a year ago so I'm sure they've deleted a ton. From the moment we walked through the Stonebay Senior Living Residence doors, we felt welcomed by not only the dedicated staff but the residents who have become my mom’s good friends. Stonebay creates a warm, comfortable environment where my mom feels safe and valued. The facility itself is inviting, with comfortable common areas and cozy rooms that really feel like home.
