Talk about a customer service OUT OF THIS WORLD. Stoneworks performed a complete resurfacing of marble counters in a home we just bought. The work was incredibly detailed and performed in the most professional manner. All the counters looked like NEW. But then, one of our daughters didn't read the instructions and used the main kitchen counter to make margaritas without being careful. The etching was awful when we got to the house a week later. Stone Works employees are very professional and through in the work done for us yearly. They clean the travertine floors and antique French pavers, clean the bathroom counters, floors and showers/sinks. Two men work for a week at a time. Replace caulking if needed.
