DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM HERE!!! They do not care about customer service and taking care of their customers or honoring their word. We spent almost $4000 on 2 ebikes and less than a year later the battery quit working on 1 of them. Was terrible trying to find out how to contact them cause the location we had bought the bikes from was no longer there.
