Poor customer service, store manager " Joshua " is not interested in a solution at all. We bought and paid for " Premium Hand-selected ". Several times various damages were criticized, the company that laid the paving stones, as well as various designers, confirmed to us that the delivered goods are not "premium hand-selected". We will take a lawyer and go to court " Claim referral quality ".
Danika is one of the best Sales reps I have ever seen. Fast, efficient and always replies to our emails. We are still a small natural stone installer but she still treats us with so much care. We honestly love StoneMart and they are our only go-to supplier for all our Natural Stone needs. Thank you!!
Stopped into Stonemart today after getting "cold feet" about my pool tile selection. Danika was happy to help me. She was super helpful, informative, and incredibly patient! She took the time to help me and walk me through the differences in materials, and advised on choices based on my current colors and fixtures.
