It is a nice looking place over-all but it could use some more improvements such as power washing the exterior of the building as it needs it. Also needs replacement washer and dryers so the machines would be reliable. However, the apts. do have the option of washer/dryer hook-ups. Many of the tenants are friendly and helpful to others which makes it a pleasing sociable experience. The mailboxes are located in the main lobby which is a bonus. No need to go outdoors to retrieve your mail in the cold or rain.
