Whenever I called the office Jasmine was the best, she was friendly, pleasant, and very informative. I’m very disappointed with my experience. The countertop was installed incorrectly — the granite was cut improperly, leaving a visible gap between the oven and the countertop. When I called to address the issue, the boss/manager named Aldi was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told that this was “normal,” and then the call was hung up on me without any attempt to resolve the problem. This is not acceptable customer service, especially for a major home purchase.
