Given the outrages prices you would think the cashier would be nicer. No hello, no smile! Nothing. I get it, you hate your job and don't like to interact with people. But could you at least make eye contact and wish the person that just a crazy amount of money at your store a good day???? Not too much asked. Customer service needs improvement. I don't care if you are the owner or not. Won't go back.
We purchased a western hat as a gift for someone. The hat didn't fit, so we tried to return it the next day and they told us that hats are final sale. Now we're stuck with a $40 hat that doesn't fit. It's not the policy that is annoying me, it's the fact that they failed to mention at the time of purchase that hats are final sale. I've been to other stores that make this clear, if it's their policy.
