Took two of the kids to this store. Drove out from Winnipeg. Kids bought cowboy boots and so did I. My Boots were $450. Get home and take boots out to show off. Immediately see big scratch on toe of boot. Send daughter to return following day. They charge 5% restocking charge. Husband calls store stating he understood if we changed our minds and simply wanted to return boots. HOWEVER, this was damaged boots not a regular return and the restocking fee should not apply. Staff is very helpful!
Went in recently for a new pair of jeans. The young lady who helped me was fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me transition from Levi’s to Wrangler. I can’t wait to stop by again, a girl can’t have too many pairs of jeans!
We needed to pick out tack for horses and the employee was friendly and helpful, and helped us find what we needed.
