What a great place to go when you are looking for western apparel, saddles, bridles, halters, the list goes on. You will find other misc. items like some pet supplies, dresses, earrings, gift ideas for all ages and with amazing staff to help you find what you are looking for! Great place, great staff!
Ordered boots, manager unable to confirm when or if they will come in. Waited 3 weeks, ordered my Ariat boots off Amazon instead. Took delivery in 5 days. Not impressed with Stone Creek Western. Managment is useless and does not seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction or proper communication. Pretty sad for a company selling expensive merchandise.
Took two of the kids to this store. Drove out from Winnipeg. Kids bought cowboy boots and so did I. My Boots were $450. Get home and take boots out to show off. Immediately see big scratch on toe of boot. Send daughter to return following day. They charge 5% restocking charge. Husband calls store stating he understood if we changed our minds and simply wanted to return boots. HOWEVER, this was damaged boots not a regular return and the restocking fee should not apply.
