I called to setup for an Estimate two days in advance talked to Ken. He was going to call me between 2:00pm/3:00pm to let me know he was on the way. At 5:10pm Ken calls tells me he can’t make it was tied up on a service call. Which is no excuse and told me he might have time to visit me to give me an estimate the fallowing day. At which point I don’t like to be waiting if Ken can’t keep a simple appointment then he is not reliable the work and quality maybe be good. I will never know.
