Employees that work there is disgusting and disrespectful and doesn't have good communication and doesn't pass out meds right coordinater be showing up late suppose to be there at 6am and didn't show up till 730am y'all got to make this job better
Management is very abusive to employees. Long hours and yelling. No understanding for employee disability, or unexpected life events and issues. Pay is terrible, and clients are not respected. Maybe they could retain employees if they didn't treat them terribly.
I worked for stonebelt for almost 3 years and it is not a great place to work. I worked probably the hardest than anyone at stonebelt. Last year alone I worked over double my normal yearly hours , i didnt take any days off except for the few times i was sick, and i worked with clients who had covid risking my health because they didn't have anyone else willing to work with them.
