Great people who work here, all have tried to be helpful but their app and their software that delegates cash deposits and transfers between accounts is absolute garbage and has cost me countless hours of frustration & actual lost of funds. Not only by putting 3+ day holds on cash deposits but also recently a total of $1500 in two different transfers once cleared show as deductions instead of deposits causing me overdrafts. Worst experience ever!!

Beautiful Smiles proper professional attitudes with character
A year ago, my family thought this was a great place. But after my daughter’s husband passed away and left mortgage debt on her their 2 kids, the bank has worked overtime to show exactly how they believe a widow should be treated. It’s one thing to realize that you can’t afford your home anymore. It’s another thing for the bank to say you can’t have anything.
