Where do I start? I walked into Stone Arc at 35 weeks pregnant, in the middle of a renovation, with absolutely no idea about tiles or a clear vision for our home. After going from tile shop to tile shop feeling completely overwhelmed, walking into Stone Arc felt like a breath of fresh air. Grace was incredible. I would like to give a huge shout out to Grace. Wow! What a gem! We are based in Western Australia and our feature tiles were overlooked being ordered by our local tile store. A quick google search lead me to Grace and she was onto it, she went over and above to assist us! Even helping on her day off! Thankyou Grace, we appreciate everything you did to help us out! You don’t often come across such amazing customer service!
The team at Stone Arc are absolutely amazing! The tile selection is so unique, service is beyond anything else and every piece of bathroom wear is beautiful. If you’re looking for a more luxe tile store, this is the place to go! Highly recommended.
Excellent service, beautiful products
We ordered 90cm tall marble fluted tiles from StoneArc for our renovations and the whole experience was great. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and delivery was handled with great care. Everything was packaged neatly, and the delivery driver took extra care using the forklift to get the tiles safely on site. Highly recommend great service - especially from their little young worker who said his parents were busy out but reconfirmed all my details when he took my message 😍
