What’s not fine is they’re representing THE DEFENDANT now! with all my knowledge I’ve trusted them with! If not unethical it’s at least underhanded and dirty. IMO. Silver lining? Yes it’s not a winnable case for that side because that side is a fabrication of fact and signatures!
