Good selection for a residential bookstore. Usually very clean and organized. Most of the student staff are great (even though they often forget receipts), kind and welcoming. Andrea P namely puts a damper on the atmosphere of the bookstore however. She is terribly rude/dismissive and literally has not greeted/spoken to or looked at me during check out on multiple occasions. Since St. Olaf started partnering with Barnes and Noble many students have noted the decline in quality of service. Employees are outsourced by B&N and clearly do not adhere to the same standards that I believe St. Olaf holds their employees to. While many of my interactions at this store have been adequate, I recently picked up my books there and was met with such disrespect from an employee there.
