I'm not certain why this attorney or this office is at all recommended in the field. I would be curious to know their success rate in divorce proceedings or any mediations for that matter. Their office is located with a view of the water downtown. You're in one room with an attorney (in my case) and the other party in another room with their attorney. This firm is a complete joke! The "mediators" are just mediating cash right out of your back pocket. They just go room to room and waste your money and time. They don't even have a real handle of the law. "hmm, Mr. Besk, where's the RCW on that one?" He has NO ANSWER. Crickets. Oh, are you charging me 300 dollars an hour? It's like they're thugs with JD's. The arbitration decisions are so unprofessional and written so loosely, your ex is sure to take you to real court if and when it's time. I would not recommend doing business with Bartlett Pollock & Besk. I would say that giving this firm a single star is rather generous. Without going into any detail, I believe that anyone who decides to go with them would be very disappointed with the end results. You will spend $250/Hour and be very disappointed when you leave.

I feel that Lynn Pollock and her colleagues are expensive and quite unreasonable for what you pay them to do. I find it very difficult to actually get a hold of anyone in their office. The only thing you will do is get an option to leave a message, and if your lucky, you may get a return call within a two days. Don't hold your breath! My best advise to anyone needing Ms Pollock's services, keep looking for a more reputable firm.

Quite honestly I think anyone who uses Lynn Pollock's services would simply be wasting their time and money. I believe Ms Pollock is extremely nice when you meet her in person, but certainly has her biases against men. I was very concerned when I realized that she was unmarried especially at her age. I had a feeling that things might be favorable for my wife, and not so favorable for myself during the arbitration process. For all you fathers out there--the good ones--you know who you are: DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH LYNN POLLOCK. She's very prejudice against fathers. I had a case in which you couldn't lose unless you wanted to lose it. Thanks to my idiot past attorney and this arbitrator, I lost nearly everything. Luckily there's something called MALPRACTICE where you can excercise your rights when you're really screwed by this state's justice system. It is my opinion, Lynn Pollock (Arbitrator) at Bartlett, Pollock & Besk should not be practicing or arbitrating in Family Law. She came to a ruling, in my husband's family law case, based primarily on a technicality, rather than the facts presented before her. She was very unfair and obviously did not have my stepchild's interest in mind. She has disrupted mine, my husband's, and my stepchild's life!
