Cody is the worst. While he was my attorney he consistently lied and missed deadlines. I was charged for a statement of defense that was never filed. The list goes on and on. Do not recommended.
Changed the agreement mid case. Changed payment mid case. Communication was difficult. Multiple requests with questions, unanswered emails. It was a pretty straight forward case, seemed it had to be difficult. Felt nickel and dimed. Would not recommend nor would I return again.
Chace has been incredibly helpful and professional. He was always available whenever I needed guidance and made the entire process clear and straightforward even for someone like me that knows nothing about corporate law. I highly recommend Chace and Stokes law!
In my experience this law firm will treat you really well, until you question the outcome of a court proceeding/their legal advice and then they will tell you to seek other counsel rather than discussing your concerns.
Highly recommend the Mediation with Jana de Waal. The whole life was sorted within 1 full day in the mediation for both parties.
