Disappointing new return policy. I used to like Stokes, but I was disappointed this time. I bought a thermos that did not keep water hot as promised, and the store refused to accept a return because I had tested it once. It is frustrating when a store will not stand behind its products. Also, Google shows the store opens at 9:30 am, but it actually opened at 10, which wasted my time.
Just wanted to give an appreciation moment for fatoumata she was so kind so attentive and she made sure to get the things I need Huge plus for her cuz she listens well to what the costumer needs
Stokes provides decent quality kitchen appliances at affordable prices, it's just a shame their staff will happily give you bad advice if it leads to you buying something. Bought a mixer from them, asked specifically in store if it could handle nuts and if it wasn't just for smoothies, the salesperson present assured me it could handle ice, nuts, anything I threw at it. Overall a decent shop but staffs could be disturbing..a tall and chubby personnel were judging customers by making inappropriate facial expression
