Je suis passé au Stokes samedi le 9 mai et j’ai reçu un service exceptionnel de la part des vendeuses présentes, Laura et Katerine. C’est rare de tomber sur un service aussi chaleureux et efficace… ça mérite d’être souligné ! J’y retournerai définitivement !
In addition to misleading product information, stores' inventories, and even their incorrect opening hours given on Stoke websites, this store's staff know nothing about kitchenware, including cast-iron pans and their seasoning. They don't have access to their own website, don't answer calls, and don't accept returns of their promotional bags (which they deceive customers into buying) even when the not-yet-unpacked items are returned to them for refund almost immediately. Terrible experience. I asked for a black ThinkKitchen kettle, but was given a blue one instead. Only realized later that it’s also defective - it glitches and doesn’t always boil water. Now I can’t return it because I threw away the box. Feels like the staff knowingly sold me a faulty product. Completely unacceptable.

À fuir. J’ai acheté un aspirateur il y a un peu plus d’un an et j’ai contacté le service client pour faire valoir la Loi sur la protection du consommateur du Québec. Après de nombreuses relances, j’ai finalement reçu une réponse froide et condescendante m’indiquant qu’ils ne feraient rien. Lorsque j’ai cité la loi en expliquant qu’ils devaient offrir soit un remboursement soit une réparation, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse.
