I love the products here, they are good quality and lovely design. However, their customer service is not that good and they don’t accept returns like other stores - will avoid buying from them unless I’m sure about the function and use of the product and don’t plan to exchange or return.

If anyone is looking for dishes that are different than what's offered at CT, this is the place to go.
Had a terrible checkout experience at Conestoga location on Feb 14, 2025 around noon. The cashier was dismissive, incredibly rude & unprofessional. I request the manager/management to look into this, as most of the reviews here reported the same issue. I like the items in the store and deals but this needs to be fixed.
