Edit: Bumping up to a three because someone was finally able to fix our case. Absolutely useless company. They will break closing deadline several times. Brokers and underwriting do not understand how to calculate average income, and no one within the company communicates with eachother. They only have one titleist who is rarely at work. Avoid at all costs; several realty firms in the area are pulling their support from the company.

I'm honestly at a loss for words... Shelia was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions (trust me I had plenty) I had no clue how a lot of things in the process worked, but Shelia was thorough and explained everything in detail. I feel she went above and beyond to help me. I was updated regularly from start to finish. I can't stress how hard she worked for me.
