Closing the loan and the beginning process went great. I actually went back to Sherri Sampson after buying my first home with her. Everything was great last time, but they sold my loan to Penny Mac. It was easy and smooth process. This time they kept my loan with Stockton Mortgage Corp. It has been a nightmare since the start. The lack of communication has been horrible and upsetting.
