Terrible customer service.
The CSR's Should always be professional, but be like one of the family! Love all of them
We went to Stockmens Bank for a land loan. Jumped through several hoops, did all they asked us to do and then they made it sound like the loan was going to work out...... After telling us, this will work, I guess some senior executive, at the last minute decided, no, I don't like this loan, and stopped and denied all the forward positive progress. Loan denied, which I get, but dang, don't get us all excited and let us think this will work, and then BAM, pull the rug out from us at the last minute.
