Excellent store. Friendly staff. Nice selection of everything and anything! We needed a good knife and got twisted x from stockmans
Yesterday was the worst experience I had at this store. We were visiting our best friend from out of state. Last time we came to visit we had a good experience. But yesterday not one person greeted me or even asked if I needed help! But asked every person that came in after me! I was trying to get some last minute christmas shopping. Was in the store for 30 minutes & had staff pass by me but never offered help just everyone else around me! please do better it was my favorite western store in Duncan.
Stopped by a week ago as my family and I were traveling through Oklahoma on vacation. Purchased two pair of bison leather boots. One for myself and one for a friend. I gave him his boots today. He texted me a picture and I had two different colors ha ha. Contacted the store and Maggie made the switch extremely easy. Cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people as far as quality, price and customer service
