WORST bank i have ever used. Debit card constantly declining-done this 4 times now. They couldn't even re-set the pin. Had an overdraft and they charge $35 for four checks that hit the same day any other bank charges you once. The OD was caused by a check we deposited that didn't clear, AND they never called us. Their on-line banking system is a joke. I have called them twice on two different issues and the 'banker' that took the call didn't have a clue. I can't say one nice thing about this bank-ZERO....
I have worked with a lot of financial institutions and this is one of the worst. My Partner had banked with them or i never would have used them. To start they messed up our debit cards and we didn't receive them for almost a month. Then they set us up with a processing company that did a 'hard inquiry' on us individually after we specifically told them, and they specifically advised us, they were not pulling ANY credit report.
