After my experience at this bank, it's easy to see why they have so many negative reviews. I'm a traveler 2300 miles from home and they wouldn't give me change for a $20 bill. That's disgustingly bad service. I let the Feds know about this incident.
This place is terrible. I heard a teller gossiping about personal details of a customer. Then they went in the back and started giggling and laughing instead of helping with the line. Such gossipers. Horrible.

We stopped here to charge our car because it was the only charger available according to google and also closest one. unbeknownst to us, the charger is only available to employees or customers of the bank. There is absolutely no mention of this on google or anywhere else. It's not fair to for people to think they can charge here because there is a charger but they can't charge, even if they are willing to pay? Most places private businesses that have chargers allow outside people to charge for a fee. I had to go into the ban... read more
