I opened a business on the same block as Stockman Bank in Kalispell last year. The employees at that branch went out of their way to make me feel welcome as a new local business and supported. They are always available (with a smile!) to answer questions and help out however they can. I have seen them support multiple local businesses and love how invested they are in our local community. Don't hesitate to choose this bank, especially the Kalispell branch!
Newer customer, great banking experience so far, but their hours are pretty horrible. I shouldn't have to leave in the middle of my workday just to get a roll of quarters. Since they don't offer any hours after 5pm on Friday, it seems like that is what I will have to do, since my laundry machines only accept quarters :( Even if it wasn't quarters, it is really inconvenient to have to rearrange my schedule just to stop by the bank. Hopefully in the coming years they will open for a few hours on the weekends.
Best Bank in Montana! We started In Billings with Stockman and moved our accounts to both Missoula and Kalispell. Great Customer Service!!
I love this bank! I have had other accounts with other banks, with half the service they offer, Stockman really raises the bar when it comes to banking customer service. Their tellers are SOOO friendly and offer good quality customer service, all of the branches in my town have been great but my favorite branch is downtown Kalispell- their staff are all so helpful and really have redefined what the standard should be!
