This isn't a review of this branch, but of Stockman in general. I have had very few banking experiences that are less customer centric. My experience with Stockman has been that they aren't interested in valuing me as a customer and a person, they just value my money. As soon as interest rates drop I will be looking to refinance my mortgage through Rocky Mountain Credit Union. Unhelpful, uncaring, profits focused are all words I would use to describe my experiences with Stockman.
Wouldn't deposit my check that i got from winning a sweepstakes. They tried to convince me that it was a scam and that the check was digitally created (aka fake check) They must take me for some kind of idiot ive never fallen for any online scam as they are so easy to spot. I took it to US bank where they verified within minutes that it was a real check. Stockman banks fraud detection software isnt as good as they think it is lol.
