We have been banking with this bank for over 20 years and have been treated with respect and courtesy. We still bank there even though we don’t live in the state any longer. Great people.
Haven’t been able to use my checking account because I haven’t been sent a new card. Contacted them multiple times with promise to get me a card. Not having a card isn’t really an option when I have bills to pay. Will be switching banks
This bank is not a full service Bank. It cannot provide the customer with foreign exchange currency receiving or sending out payments to legitimate businesses abroad. I was told that they would rather not have to deal with it as I guess most of their employees are either not trained or are too lazy to provide this service to their account holders. Also when human error on an incoming payment comes into attention, this Bank decides to penalize the account holder by closing the account instead of just fixing the error. I would... read more
