What business has hours “open by chance”? This business! Just look at the sign on the door. But don’t worry, you can call and schedule an appointment at the number they don’t answer, or visit the website that they don’t have. Stockbridge would be Berry disappointed.
After owning an expensive couch set from Stockbridge and Berry, I say that I will never buy another piece of furniture from them. The cushions are foam with feathers surrounding the foam. They are comfortable but after 2 weeks of sitting on them, the feathers began to come out onto the front of the cushions! I have constantly called and no one EVER answers the phone. I really don’t know what to do to get some money back and think I will call the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Poor quality and poor customer service.
Never open. Not sure how you’re supposed to run a business without opening the doors. Love their stuff but can never get in to see.
