5 stars for in person service. Everyone is friendly and they work efficiently to get you in and out. (updated) 1 stars for Online banking. Absolutely atrocious and inconvenient, especially when 95% of the banking I do can be handled online. I'll be looking to try L and N or switch back to republic asap just because of how dated and clunky their online banking is. * a rep called to get feedback.
