I completely agree with the Usa account that gave this woman one star. that same women of the Indian origin, I had a very similar experience with her, and it was honestly upsetting. She profiled us and, in a mocking tone with an exaggerated African American accent, asked my child, “Is that your mama?”—just because we are Black. I’ve always recommended this bank to friends and family, but what happened to my wife and me at this branch @ 12900 Factory Ln, Anchorage, KY 40245 was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. While I was filling out a slip, the teller — a woman of Indian origin who sits at the middle desk (with the desks on the right and left empty and another employee working in the back drive-through) — made completely inappropriate and racist comments toward my wife.
