Can't say enough good about the team at this location. Ive NEVER had any negative experience here or their down the road location. The staff is always very friendly and take care of you as they can in a timely manner. I always prefer to go inside to take care of any of my business transactions VS the drive-thru, eventhough the experience is just the same. I will continue to do business here. I feel valued here and with many other locations. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

The workers in here are completely rude and unprofessional. Was inquiring a charge on my account and the lady had no regard. Continued to get an attitude with me and and then the lady from behind the counter that wasn’t even in the conversation wanted to chime in and snicker while making remarks. All while the branch manager sat back in her office and did nothing! Highly recommend going to the Anchorage location instead of here!
Always wonderfully friendly and accommodating. They're maybe some bigger, but there's none better.
