My experience at this branch was incredible! Both Sam Weissinger and Melissa Brackett came out of their offices to greet me and to ask how they could help me! Melissa then took me into her office and promptly took care of what I needed help with. Each time I have entered the branch they say a welcomed hello from their offices. Can't say enough good about the team at this location. Ive NEVER had any negative experience here or their down the road location. The staff is always very friendly and take care of you as they can in a timely manner. I always prefer to go inside to take care of any of my business transactions VS the drive-thru, eventhough the experience is just the same. I will continue to do business here. I feel valued here and with many other locations. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
