I’ve been with this bank for nearly 10 years, and have always dealt with this particular branch, and the service was always quick and friendly. Shortly after the remodel, most of the familiar faces were gone, and in their place was 1/2 the staff there use to be, with none of them appearing to know what they’re doing. Service is SUPER slow, and what prompted me to write this review today was a 15 minute wait in ONE open lane at the drive through, followed by my finally going in, just to stand there for another 10 minutes whil... read more
Don't get a wire from this place. Sara and Sandy are rude and nonchalant about helping me. I asked for a simple phone call and they told me they couldn't even pick the phone up to help out. A real estate action doesnt need action from a bank thats NOT INVOLVED in the transaction at all. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. You would think the local banks would have way better customer service than the larger banks. This could possibly be a legal ramification.
Holly does a great job, she is so friendly and always is happy to do my deposit I always have 4 or 5 for my company !
The staff at this bank are amazing.
