This bank is the best place to do your personal financial business in Louisville. We have been with SYB in Hillview for the past few years. Thanks for telling me I can't exchange money for money. All I wanted was to exchange some $20s for 50's and $100's since your ATM isn't advanced enough to handle large bills. You charged me a fee to use the ATM but I can't go to a bank and get change or exchange US currency for US currency. We really need to change some things in this country. Someone please explain this.
I called to ask the bank if they would have a notary available and if it was OK if I came into notarize something they said yes they have two available when I came in to get something notarized they asked if I had an account I said no they said I couldn’t get something notarized without an account so asked if I could open an account and the lady said no because I was only opening an account to get something notarized. Well I will never open an account here now.
