I went there to cash a check from a well known coin shop in Louisville, they ask for two forms of ID than fingerprint and a fee to cash it. I did everything they ask for then when I ask why so much trouble to cash a check they told me to take my check somewhere else because I ask to many questions. If that's the way to treat your customers I don't understand how they stay on business. Very bad experience.
I would rate this bank as a so-so option overall, but their mobile app is truly unbearable. It feels like a relic from 2010—clunky, outdated, and extremely frustrating to use. It’s almost as if their employees are told to play dumb; they are rude, short-tempered, and unwilling to genuinely assist with any issues.
