Great business people and manager. Only issue is that lots of things they don’t understand about buissiness banking but hell lot better then PNC and Republic their corporate greed is not reached yet to PNC level. Opened a new business account there so far banking terms looks better then PNC and chase. But my personal advise never open a Business account at Rebuplic bank you will robbed blindly.
Visited the drive-thru, after sitting for over 10 minutes and no greeting from the teller. I called in to see if my transaction had even arrived. When I spoke with the teller. Her only comment was "it's on its way". Don't know what her problem was, but service has sincerely declined in recent months.
The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
If I could give them a zero I would. Went in there to discuss renewing my cd. Lady told me she was too busy and would have to wait for somebody else. i waited 15 minutes and left.
