Can only speak of my experience with Tracy, but she is simply the best at what's she does. The experience of buying my first home couldn't have been made easier! I highly recommend Tracy and the CB&T Elizabethtown Mortgage division.
Tracy & her team are the best!! I refer all my clients to them! I tell them "She works. like I work". Meaning she doesn't have regular bankers hours. If we need a pre-approval letter on a Sunday afternoon, we can get one. If my buyers need to meet with her after work, she will make it happen. Nothing is more aggravating then looking at homes in the evenings or on weekends and having a lending question that cant be answered until the next day or Heaven forbid till Monday!! Tracey and everybody there are amazing!!! She kept me very informed on every step of the process. We applied for a first time home owner grant and the submission needed to be in at a certain time of day in order for us to get it. It just so happened to snow that night and we got almost 2 feet of snow. Tracey still went to work the next day at 8 am and sent us in and we got the grant! Talk about dedication! That is who you need helping you out. Someone who will bend over backwards for their customers.

Miss Tracy, Jolynn, and Tanasia are an outstanding group to work with. Very dependable and trustworthy. They gave me advice on building my credit, made sure they got me the right loan for the house i wanted, and made the process smooth sailing.
