Brian Birk was extremely helpful and courteous
I like to come to Stock Yards Bank at Highlands . All staffs are doing an amazing job, always willing to help . They give solutions for all my problems. I wish to open my business checking at this branch as suggested by the Branch Manager.Also, I love your coffee too.
On Monday, 9/22/25, my husband and I were at the Highlands office to cash in several old U.S. Saving Bonds. We were waited on by Emma Reisch. (Also observing was Katherine Meisburg.) We were so impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the service we received in what might have been a very tedious task of typing in serial numbers. Thank you Emma (and Katherine) for excellent customer service.
At the end of the day, they have decent people working there. It’s not near as user-friendly as Chase Bank with their app, but it works well enough. We had a confrontation of them mailing a check with the remainder of my balance in it to an address I’m no longer at. It felt like they weren’t gonna help me get the money in any way. I raised a bunch of hell about it and then they helped me. So it goes. They could’ve done a lot worse
