i almost never do reviews but the teller Gianna is the most wonderful person and is very understanding and amazing at her job! she displayed a level of professionalism, proficiency and effectiveness you seldom see now days. would 100% recommend this branch for her kindness alone
I've been considering closing my accounts at SYB, and after my interaction with teller Gianna, I'm one step closer. She was quite rude.
This branch has not had their ATM available for at least two days. They also don't open until 9:30AM. So much for customer service, not important to Stock Yards Bank.
