Very disappointed. I was referred to this branch and told customer service was superb. Honestly, the staff at the location were friendly and seemed to honestly wanted to try their best to get the job done but there seemed to be a problem further up the chain of management. I was trying to change banks and open a business account. Although, I had several problems with getting a business debit card in a timely manner and getting the online banking set up which caused delays in setting up automatic payments and withdrawals to v... read more
