Michael Stivers was absolutely fantastic in the sale of our property. He went above and beyond to assist us and make it a smooth transition. Being out of state when the closing occurred made us a bit anxious but he made it a smooth transition.
Mike is a true professional. He made our home selling process smooth and easy and went above and beyond! I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs! We definitely will use him again in the future!
Truly there no star for a lawyer, who never look into a client loan papers into the day of closing. Or meet with his client to discuss the purchased of their new home. He never checked the numbers in the loan.or made sure the numbers was correct and lenders and Realtor done they job before closing. My loan said lender Paid off my credit cards bills from sellers credit which was not done. I paid off my own credit cards.
