Stay Away!!!! called this traffic law office looking for representation, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. The agents were rude, unfriendly, and at one point actually hung up the phone on me. I called three different times and never received a single call back. While I was on the phone, I could hear another person in the background speaking loudly, which made the entire interaction feel chaotic and careless.
