Unreliable and poor communication
Very happy with my purchase. Missy @ Stitch It was professional and understands customer service. We had a brief conversation regarding my request, she offered options and we collectively came to a decision. My order was complete in approximately 15-20 minutes and it looks great.
Missy, from Stitch It at the Roosevelt Field Mall, was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job embroidering caps I needed to send overseas right away. Despite the time constraints, and the complexity of the logo, the final outcome was well done! Renz Outdoors/ Odiongan Anglers were very satisfied! Highly recommend for your embroidery needs!
