Bronwyn replied very quickly to our enquiry and able to give us professional judgement of whether the landlord's request for us to upholster the armchairs are justified. Gave us a logical explanation and solid argument to take back to our landlord. Cant imagine a better communication and deserve all the 5 stars from previous customers. Exceptional business! The communication was top-notch, prompt, clear. They provided excellent advice at every stage of the process. The craftsmanship was simply amazing. The attention to detail and the quality of the work was outstanding. Delivered on time and all of this at a very reasonable price. In a time when it’s difficult to find businesses that deliver this level of service and skill without charging an arm and a leg, this one is a true gem.
Marcel, Bronwyn and the boys at Stitch and Staple were a pleasure to deal with from my first enquiry to the pickup and return of our 2 x renovated Moran lounges which are now as good as new despite being 25 years old. The cost of repair was very reasonable and it’s a pity other businesses are not as professional
