Complete waste of time and money. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, communication, and follow-through from a business. As a new mom running two companies, my time is extremely limited. I was told this embroidery shop could handle my small project with no problem and within my requested timeframe. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Dawn and her partner got me out of an 11th hour jam, printing my shirts and journals on the spot and even advising where to pick up the higher quality blank tee's locally. They truly saved my boutique experience after another printer totally screwed it up. I highly recommend their quality and commitment to customer service.
