This business will frustrate you. They were very unresponsive and not communicative when checking in on timelines. After missing two separate deadlines that were promised, I finally had to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. Businesses naturally make mistakes, but there is zero ownership with this one.

Complete waste of time and money. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, communication, and follow-through from a business. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Dawn and her partner got me out of an 11th hour jam, printing my shirts and journals on the spot and even advising where to pick up the higher quality blank tee's locally. They truly saved my boutique experience after another printer totally screwed it up. I highly recommend their quality and commitment to customer service.
