I go here to get patches for projects. Large variety I will say but the customer service is terrible! I walked in and said hi to the lady. She ignored me. I said hello again and she looked at me again, no smiling no hello. I run a small business too and your returning customers are everything! Be nice. They can go down the hall to the other store and you will lose business. Work on customer service!
Horrible treatment stay away. If you buy anything check bag and receipt they took 1/2 of what I bought out of the bag and didn’t notice until I got home. Would not refund owner always on vacation. Cheats and liars! Zero stars!
