I go here to get patches for projects. Large variety I will say but the customer service is terrible! I walked in and said hi to the lady. She ignored me. I said hello again and she looked at me again, no smiling no hello. I run a small business too and your returning customers are everything! Be nice. They can go down the hall to the other store and you will lose business. Work on customer service!
