Unbelievably unprofessional - they were supposed to contact my 89 year old father today for one of his properties and despite him chasing them up they gave him the wrong information. He was so upset late today after waiting on them most of the day. NOT IMPRESSED

Honest, helpful and extremely nice to,deal with. Showed me how to fix a problem with my blinds at zero cost. Would definitely use any time I need blinds or curtains, as this kind of old fashioned service and honesty is increasingly rare but priceless.
