I always like to find positives but that’s hard when businesses continually get simple orders wrong, not once, not twice but three times. Root cause, look at the docket. If you order a peas with gravy I’d expect to get lots of green peas with a brown sauce! See the photos. And triple checking on pickup does not help.
The burger was okay and the patty was good quality. Unfortunately the till price ($16) was updated before the board ($15) so I was surprised by the price. Adding to my disappointment was the lack of empathy and understanding from the person serving me. It felt hostile when a simple apology might have helped. I probably won’t return.
Food is great- but the women (yes the WOMEN) they employ are useless - thank goodness the original owners are there to fix all their mistakes.
